• Young adults (ages 18–30) with an interest in food processing

• Apprentices or entry-level workers in butcheries and processing plants

• Technically curious school leavers seeking hands-on experience

• Safe handling of food processing machines (cutters, mixers, saws, fillers)

• Machine care, hygiene, and operational efficiency

• Basic quality assurance & process control

• Duration: 4-week intensive course

• Location: In collaboration with certified master butcheries and food processing companies in Austria 

• Supervision: Each participant will be assigned a dedicated contact person for the full duration of the stay

• Language: English (local language support provided where needed)
